Do you offer payment plans?

Do you see both women and men?
Yes. Ivy & Oak Health provides personalized care for adult women and men, with services including hormone health, medical weight management, and wellness care.
Are appointments virtual or in person?
Ivy & Oak Health offers in-person care in Council Bluffs, Iowa, depending on the service and appointment availability.
Do I need to know exactly which service I need before contacting you?
No. If you know something feels off but are not sure where to start, request information and tell us what you have been noticing. We can help determine the appropriate next step.
Are medications and labs included in the cost of every visit?
Not necessarily. Costs vary by service, and medications, laboratory testing, pharmacy charges, supplements, or other outside services may be separate unless specifically stated as included.

What if I have an urgent or emergency medical problem?
Ivy & Oak Health does not provide emergency care through the website or patient messaging. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.
